Premium Theme not working?

If I try to configure the Premium Theme I get only Programming Settings with Values off 0 to 4 and if I try to save I get en Programm Editor Window.
If I restore an older Version The Configuration works but changes nothing.
Empty all Caches change nothing.

Now the Problem occurs in all themes, And if I enable Premium no Settings at all beneath the Colors and the Logo are shown.

Ther are two Design Problems, one is that tere are no Settings for the Dark Tertiary Color in the Settings, two is if I hover above the Cards in the Forum (Discussions overview the Cards not displayed in a uniform style. The non Text Areas are displayed in the dark tertiary color but the Text Areas are using the dark primary color (the same as the rest of the Page). Better it would be The Page would use the primary, the Cards the secondary and if hovered the tertiary color.

Sure, it's fixed! I'm doing a few more tests and will be publishing the update very soon. You can already see the visual improvements here, as the Premium theme is active with just a few color adjustments made directly in the theme settings.

Confirm is worked now in RC10 please

No problems until now.
