  if you go to the general questions forum, you will see this thread in on the bottom which indicates it still displays in the order of the original post and not the last post

I handed the Fix before and for me it is ok to file view.php, search this comment: 

	# Fixed for sort files by last modified date
	usort($pinnedTopic, function($x, $y) {
	    return @filemtime($x) < @filemtime($y);
	});

And the three uncommented lines below as marked above.
