Moderate Posts Before Posting

I'd like to see a way to moderate posts and replies before allowing to be viewed live. This way I can eliminate the worker bees hired to spam forums.

Hi,
no it is not possible, but can be that by activating the private forum, it will avoid spam.

Before ask a question, read the documentation.
