This looks great, functionality is like so:
Picked floats right
when clicked, it the rating will show in div floating on left
So it would show "Happy (1)" or "Happy x 1"

 
@Anonymous, I have already created a plugin of this kind but with only two options. 

I will not be able to use this emoji picker because it is possible to use it only for a form input.
What do I do ? Either we get to find an emojie picker like flarum or discord or github ... or I'll have to do like my previous plugin: without emoji picker :(

   Would be perfect for this sript.  Wouldn't need to be filtered; just show icons of whatever is in admin pannel.
