Can´t reinstall

I´ve tried to reinstall FlatBoard but everytime after entering te data it says it is allready installed and if I reload the Page logs me in and wont let me out.
How can I reinstll from scratch so it works normaly?

Just delete data/ folder and reload root forum page.

A: I´ve deleted the whole flatboard Folder, created en new empty folder uploaded the Zip and the html file and unzped it via the WebAddress. after Entering the Data it says that it is allready installed.
B: With all respect how the Login and the Main Configuration could work without PHP the Web Site is using PHP 7.4.
