I installed Flatboard 2.5 successfully for a project which is about using markdown documents as board games, and then, I realized that Flatboard doesn't seem to support markdown anymore.
Do you plan on adding markdown support again?
There are "safe" markdown libraries, like MarkdownIt, which won't let users insert HTML in their posts (HTML is escaped by default).

Moralité... I switched back to a v1.05 that I had somewhere in my files. That's a good thing since you can't even download previous version from this site.

Hi Zero,
Try this modified version of FlatBBeditor.
Unzip this and upload FlatBBeditor.dat.php in data/plugin folder and replace entire plugin/FlatBBeditor folder by this.
Open data/config/config.dat.php and replace this line (22):
by
Save this file and reload your forum.

In the meantime, I decided to put Flatboard and a Markdown editor side by side, so people can play on the Markdown side while talking on the Flatboard side. What was a problem turned out to be a source of inspiration, since I added a little BASIC interpreter to the Markdown game board.
Thinking about it, if people want to share Markdown code, it's easier to embed in BBCode than in Markdown.
Still, I'll download and keep the new editor preciously. Again, thanks!

In fact it is exactly the same editor, try it, the approach to go back is pretty fast😉
